Pink!

Papa has worked very hard to get Lola's nursery ready. He had painted the ceiling, baseboards, doors, walks and even the bed and nightstand. Everything looks perfect. Finally her crib has come in and we were (I was) anxious to put it all together.
Putting her bed together was a family affair. The big brothers love any chance to work with tools. So they were ready to help put Lola's crib together.

Can't have such big boxes in the house without a little wrestling on top.

All done. The picture does not give the bedding justice. It is beautiful!

Beau turns 2

Believe it or not our beautiful Beau turned two on Monday. What a joy he has been to have in our family. He is wild and loving all at the same time. He fits in just right, has since the day we brought him home from the hospital. This past weekend we celebrated his birthday with family and Monday night we celebrated with just the five of us. Today he had his 2 year old we'll check. Another confirmation his is a very big boy. He weighs 37 pounds and is 37 inches yalls. His weight is 100th percentile and his height is 98th percentile. Yep. He's still a biggy. Currently he is in mostly 3t clothing but some 4t. He still has the long torso and shorter limbs. He is a pretty good eater. He has joined his big brothers in the big boy room (still in a crib) and sleeps well at night. Loves books and balls and anything his brothers are into. He wrestles with them nightly and likes to copy anything they do. Our lives would not be the same without our Beau.
On his actual birthday. After chocolate cake.
Luke wore this shirt too.

So excited.

Blew out his own candle.

Pictures from his family party. All the cousins below minus Brennan who wasn't feeling well.

Soccer

Luke decided that it was time to begin playing soccer for a team. This is something we've wanted him to do for a long long time. He's a natural. He started dribbling a soccer ball when he started walking.  So when he decided he was ready to start playing for a team we signed him up. We signed him up for U8 which is children 6-8 years old. His coaches felt he was playing strong enough, despite never having ever played a real game, that they chose to move him to the U10 team. He is doing great and learning a lot about the sport as well as making new friends. He practices twice a week and has games on Saturday. His coaches are Coach Jackie and Coach MJ. They play on the CESA field for games. His team name is Breakers. And he is #11.

Eleanor Beatrice Angel

This little beauty came into the Angel family the day after her due date. What a lucky aunt I am to have Nora so close. She is beautiful and so far has been a very good baby for Rachael and family. She looks so different then Adaline and Eli. Im excited to see how her personality grows and who she begins to look like...there been some talk that she looks like her Aunt Catherine. ☺️
8.6 pounds
20 1/4 inches

She loves me. :)

They couldn't wait to get their hands on her. They were so excited to finally meet her at a week old.

I have a picture of Henry doing the same thing to Beau as a babe. He likes to touch them and figure them out.

Snow

We got snow. And so far two days to make up from school. Of course Luke and Henry love it. Beau likes is but doesn't insist on going in it, I'm perfectly fine with that. 😊
This year we lost 7 Leland Cyprus trees. Big bummer. But it could be worse.

Baby girl

It's official. We've finally decided on a name. I love it but I surprised myself with our choice. And actually Henry named her the day we found out it's a girl. At first we thought, no we don't like that name but then later it grew on all of us and it's just perfect. It's cute. It's fun. It's sassy. It's screams girly girl. And I can just picture her around our house bossing her big brothers around. Her name is  Lola Catherine Osborne. I will call her Lola Cate. Daddy will probably call her Lola. Henry calls her Lola Cake. Luke calls her Lola. And Beau so far says LLLLLL while moving his tongue quickly in and out of his mouth and smiling. Once he said Ola. It was very precious. Now that Beau has transitioned into boys rooms, I am ready to get her nursery started. And that we have. Papa has started paint the bed and the night stand. Next we will begin moving Beaus clothing over once his dresser is ready.

Between the two grandmothers (and grandfathers) we have a beautiful bedding set with matching curtains. Perfect for our Lola. I can't wait to see it all come together.

Currently I am about 10 weeks away from our April 8th due date. Plenty of time to accomplish all that we need to.

Here is a picture of me about 2 weeks ago.

And here is a stock photo of her bedding from Restoration Hardware

Love it. It's perfect.

Bunks

The boys have officially transitioned into bunk beds. And at his request, Beau has joined the boys room. Beau is in a crib for now until he is ready for a big boy bed. He is very content in the boys room now.  All three have transitioned really well. Much better then I expected.
