Firsts

I can't wait a whole month to post this on her 6 month post so I had to go ahead me write tonight. 

First off, Lola Cate cut her first tooth this weekend. She took it like a pro. Really didn't seem to bother her that I could tell. She has the bottom left front tooth. So right after turning 5 months she got her first tooth. 

You can't really see the tooth well but it is there!!

Then tonight I was eating dinner with Lola next to me and she kept whining for food regardless of the fact she had just nursed not long before. So I said why not. Lola had her first food tonight, baby cereal. She loved it and she ate like a pro. She really would have eaten more if I had it. She probably had two tablespoons worth of baby cereal mixed with breast milk. I have a cute video but I can't upload videos on here anymore. So enjoy the pictures below. She was happy even though her face doesn't show it.

There's a smile. She actually does like it despite what the pictures show. :) I'm looking forward to seeing how she reacts to cereal again tomorrow night. 

Another tooth

Luke lost yet another  tooth this week. This one was a molar and it was also one of his "pirate teeth". There is already a new tooth popping through. 

Teeth

Henry lost his first tooth yesterday!! Just like Luke's first one, he lost his tooth at school. Henry said he looked down at lunch and it was just there, on the table. :) He already has a new tooth coming in where he lost it and the tooth next to it is loose as well. The tooth fairy came and left Henry $2.00 in his tooth pillow (thanks mom for the pillow!)

Luke's teeth

I'm This kid had been through the ringer today. He had three more teeth extracted because they were blocking the way from the new ones. Everything was too crowded. So. He had three removed and will soon have a new spacer put in to help hold the space for the new ones to come. We adore our dentist. I cannot say that enough. Luke had some trouble tonight with bleeding and she drive 45 minutes back to the office just to see him. 

His classmates made him get well cards after he missed two days of school. He was so pleased to get them. 

Two more

Luke lost two more teeth this week. His top two. He is such a cutie too. And his new teeth are already showing. He lost them at Anny and Papa's house. The first one came out while eating cereal and he pulled the other one out. So glad to have them out because he gets tubes Monday. The tooth fairy brought him a dollar for each tooth and he can't wait to get to the junk store to spend it. 

Another one down

Luke lost another tooth. And again I missed it. This time I was out of town. He is so proud and those new ones are really coming in fast!

Unbelievable

My biggest boy is offically a big boy! He lost his first tooth today! (Not counting the one Dr. Cherry took) He lost his front left tooth, the first tooth that grew in 4 years ago. He lost it at school and his teachers think he swallowed it, either during nap or during snack. It was there during lunch. So the missing tooth is MIA. He is so proud and very excited about the tooth fairy visit tonight. The new tooth is already popping in and the tooth to the right of it is already wiggly!

Happy Valentines Day and 8 Months old

I didn't get a picture of Luke in his Vday shirt, he wore it to school the day after Vday. I will try to next time he wears it b/c its pretty cute!
Henry is 8 months old now! He is very busy! He wants to be mobile so badly. We are not crawling yet but he is atempting to rock on his knees. He loves his walker and loves for you to hold his fingers so he can walk with you. Henry has 5 teeth now! Two top and three bottom. We have veggies/fruits twice a day and will introduce breakfast as a third daily meal by 9 months. His sleeping is much better lately. He usually makes it through the night and wakes in the morning about 5:30 or 5:45. Thats better than it has been. Stil love his brother!
