Fall for greenville

.this was the first time I took the boys downtown for Fall For Greenville. Thomas and I used to go pre-kids but haven't been since Luke was born. Unfortunately Thomas had to work so it was just me and the boys. Rachael, Chris and Adaline came into town also and we met some friends we haven't seen in a while. The little girl, Anna, is the one Luke used to have play dates with when they were little. They are less than a month apart. Luke didn't remember her but talked about her for two days after. :)

Very interested in Anna's baby brother Will.

Southern ground

Thomas and I never do this, we went away. Alone. For a whole night. No kids. Out of town!  Thanks to Anny for taking on the boys and to one of my besties for letting Thomas and I crash at their place and for letting us sleep in!
We went to the Southern Ground Country Food and Music Festival. It was great. Even if we did have to sit through the rain. Our favorite headliners were Willie Nelson, Natalie Maines and Zac Brown Band. It was nice to do things on our time, not kid time and to enjoy a little time alone.

Carving

We carved our pumpkin last night!! The boys chose a scary face. They are so proud!

Unbelievable

My biggest boy is offically a big boy! He lost his first tooth today! (Not counting the one Dr. Cherry took) He lost his front left tooth, the first tooth that grew in 4 years ago. He lost it at school and his teachers think he swallowed it, either during nap or during snack. It was there during lunch. So the missing tooth is MIA. He is so proud and very excited about the tooth fairy visit tonight. The new tooth is already popping in and the tooth to the right of it is already wiggly!

The day Luke's first tooth popped through! What a chunk!

Officer Osborne

Look out. Officer Osborne and his partner in crime officer Osborne are on the job! Ready for action!

Apple picking

Two weeks ago we did our annual trip to pick apples. It was so nice to have my parents and my siblings, their spouses and their children come up for it. We were missing Thomas this time though. This year the crowd was ridiculous, I mean ridiculous. Like I can't get through the barn ridiculous and we didn't even get apple doughnuts!! Must go back for those! Overall we had a good time and came home exhausted but with delicious apples.

Pumpkin time

These two cuties picked out their pumpkins last weekend!!

My three sons

Its official. We are having another boy! We are very excited and cannot wait to meet him in February. My three beautiful boys.
This is how we told our family that couldn't be with us. I texted them and said either open the yellow or green bag...
Open yellow?

Or open green? Green!
And this is how we told Luke and Henry.
Blue balloons and blue elephant cookies.

Luke was a little broken hearted. But he has accepted that he isn't getting a baby girl and is now excited about a boy.

Round and round we go

Riding bikes on the deck chasing Adaline on foot. They make it look fun!
(Insert brakes squealing sound)
And the chase stops.
