New room

Well, not quite yet but we are starting to get ready for Henry to make the move from his crib to Luke's room. Which will soon be Luke and Henry's room. So this summer I painted an accent wall and Thomas painted the beds. I still want a rug and new wall decor and personalized throw pillows. I do not know where all the toys will go. (Or clothes)  we did raise the beds in an attempt to provide more storage.

Thirsty Thursday?

How about ice cream Thursday. It has been so hot, and I've had a sore throat. So why not stop for a scoop or two for a treat on the way home!

It didnt take much convincing to get these two to go. Note to self, next order the "baby" scoop because the "kid" scoop is too much!

My buddy

Remember the commercial for My Buddy... I think of that when these 3 get together on the weekend. Poor Thomas can't do anything without them, but I don't think he would have it any other way. 

Visitors

We had visitors for a day. So what else to do but enjoy some of our favorite activities!! Zoo and airport lunch!

Adaline had missed her Uncle Tom.

Henry was happy to be riding in the zoo mobile. Adaline just wanted her snack back. 

"Planes" tattoos at the airport. We can't wait to see the movie. 

That airplane had just landed in front of them. They flew in for lunch!

That's right! Family of five coming in February! We find out September 30th if it will be a girl or a boy!

We woke up Tuesday. Got ready for school. Went to put shoes on as we headed out the door and I hear. "Ow, these hurt". Luke had grown out of his shoes! Over night! They fit Monday but not Tuesday. And it wasn't just the one pair. It was all of his shoes! So an impromptu trip to the shoe store lead Luke straight to these beauties! And they are a size 1 wide! We completely skipped 13! 

I have to admit, this is the first time I have "let" Luke pick out his own new shoes. But he did great! And blue is his favorite color. When he saw these he wouldn't even look at any other shoes. And guess what, they make him run faster. ;)

Daddy's day

Thomas took the boys on an adventure Saturday to spend some time with the boys outdoors and give me a break. Everyone had a grand time!
