Happy Memorial Day!

 We have had a busy weekend! Saturday Thomas had a fishing trip with his work so I took the boys to the park and to ride "George the Train" again. Sunday Luke asked to go downtown so we went downtown for lunch and walked around and stopped in the toy store and Mast General Store. There was a big bicycle race going on this weekend so we got to see lots of bikers. Today, Monday, we were ready for a relaxing day...but Luke wakes up and say "Let's go somewhere!" So go somewhere we did! We went to an old water hole that Thomas used to go to when he was younger. It was loads of fun! Next time we go I will be better prepared and I want to follow the trail a bit, some other people there said that was a big waterfall up the trail a bit. However, in flip flops and carrying a 27 pound 11 month old, I couldn't make it too far. The boys had a great time and loved swimming in the water. I was very surprised how adventurous Henry was. I thought he would want to sit and pat the water, no sir, we were up and walking about in waist deep water (his waist). I really wish I had my big camera b/c it was beautiful and would have been great for pictures but I was too afraid it would get wet so here are some pictures I took with my cell phone. Maybe next time I will take the big one! :)

Snow Hut

"Our" snow hut has opened for the season, a while ago, we have already been several times this year! If you remember last summer, I posted pictures of us going while I was still pregnant with Henry and after Henry was born. Well here we are again!

11 months old

Say it isn't so...Henry is almost 1! He is 11 months old! He isn't walking yet but is very close. He can take 6-8 steps when he is distracted but if given a choice will walk with one hand assistance or crawl. He does crawl fast! He is 27 pounds. He has 8 teeth and two molars that have just borken through on the bottom.
