Childhood friends

We visited the Majzlik family, Hendricks and the Abbots this summer in Hendersonville. It was so much fun to catch up with these childhood friends and to see our children play together. Their house was amazing as expected and my boys were in heaven with their toys, specifically the Lego collection.

Big wheels

Finally got this installed this weekend. I think Beau liked it. He seemed scared but content. And for me it was really hard getting up the hills but worth it. Now we can do family bike rides. :)

Henry's 4 year old check up

The big 4 year old check up! Toolkit like a champ...with the help of Popsicle bribery. :) and our awesome nurse Martha.
98th percentile in height and weight. Henry continues to be on the fast track to growing bigger. He is only 6 pounds shy of Luke's weight. He weighs 47 pounds. And sadly I forgot the height. But he is growing into size 6 clothes and can wear many of Luke's clothes. In fact he loves to go through Luke's clothes to pick out something to wear. Bothers Luke so!
He was a little nervous. I could tell by the way he was holding hands/fingers.
He let me pick out his clothes thankfully but he won the shoes. Atleast they are cute! And the office loved them.

He is paci free and 100% potty trained for almost a year now. Our big things to tackle this year is sleeping all night and in his bed (Henry has never been a good sleeper) and improving eating habits.

Chipper

Note to self...Luke chipped a tooth this summer. Just cosmetic thankfully.

July 4, 2015

Happy July 4th.

Beau had a fever so we hung at home.

Sparklers for the big boys. And our neighbors put on a show. Henry wasn't too fond of the noise though.
Headphones to block out some of the bang boom pop.

Summer walk

Well you know, you never know when you will need to cut the grass. So why not bring it on a walk with you.

Dollar movies

Dollar dollar movies y'all!

We love these every summer. Always worth the dollar. Beau and Eli saw their forest movie theatre movie. :) they did pretty good.

And then of course we did chick fil a after.

That's sweet Anna in the picture above. We used to have play dates with her when she was a very little baby. She's the same age as Luke.
