Apple picking
Two weeks ago we did our annual trip to pick apples. It was so nice to have my parents and my siblings, their spouses and their children come up for it. We were missing Thomas this time though. This year the crowd was ridiculous, I mean ridiculous. Like I can't get through the barn ridiculous and we didn't even get apple doughnuts!! Must go back for those! Overall we had a good time and came home exhausted but with delicious apples.
My three sons
This is how we told our family that couldn't be with us. I texted them and said either open the yellow or green bag...
Or open green? Green!
And this is how we told Luke and Henry. Blue balloons and blue elephant cookies.
Luke was a little broken hearted. But he has accepted that he isn't getting a baby girl and is now excited about a boy. Saturday, September 21, 2013
Farm life
We joined many people in the rain today at the Farm Fair. My boys, all 3, were in a happy place! Farm animals walking around all over the place, cows, goats, bunnies, chickens of all kinds, dogs, horses were coming later. There were even show goats and show cows! What! Didn't know they did cow and goat shows like they do dogs...I mean the goats were on leashes just like dogs and so were the cows. It was really cool. Lots of really old farm equipment to see and touch. Fun time.

Thursday. Again.
I didn't realize that this was a reoccurring thing for us...but apparently Thursdays mean ice cream for me and the boys!
Today, superman ice cream and sprinkles!
Excited
Told the boys tonight, our exciting news.
Henry's response, he started laughing.
Luke is very excited. He is ready. Luke's response, he wants a girl baby bc "I like girl babies". I said Luke that's why mommy has been so tired and he looked at me and said very seriously, "well I could help you carry her momma". He also said later that since "she" can't walk good he would help her walk. Luke also asked why Thomas doesn't have a baby in his stomach. ;)
I am sure we will have more questions to come about this topic.
