Holy Easter Baskets!

We keep with the same tradition my Easter bunny had growing up, the basket is over flowing and the Easter bunny hides it! We were in Aiken this year so we got to share our morning with the Carlisle grands and Adeline and saw Emma Kate and Tyler later for our Easter egg hunt (another post). Aiken is always exciting but throw in an egg hunt and Easter baskets and we were thrilled.

Dying Easter eggs

Is a very messy job! Especially with children who like the colors on their hands just as much as their eggs.

Doing work

One of all the grands favorite places to "work", Yoo Hoo's garden shed. And her toys are the best toys, especially the buckets of sand she keeps for her grandchildren, I mean gardening.

Easter chicks

We were so lucky to have Uncle Christian bring cousin Tyler's chicks to visit on Easter. How cool it was to hang out with them in Yoo Hoo's back yard. Luke loved them and even helped collect them when it was time to put them back into their box. Henry however preferred just to look. He did not want to touch them but still enjoyed visiting with them. Thanks for sharing Tyler!

Mastered

Luke is so proud that he can go down the fireman pole at the park all by himself now!

A shopping we will go

In the coolest buggies at Kroger. Henry and Adaline had a blast driving these through Kroger!
